Home-based therapy
Sessions in your own space, working on the real routines and tasks you do there every day.
Community-based therapy
Practising skills out in the world: shopping, transport, appointments, social activities and more.

Advice on assistive technology and simple home changes that reduce risk and make tasks easier.

Initial assessment
We meet at home or in the community to understand strengths, challenges and priorities.
Therapy begins
A plan built around your goals, reviewed as we go and shared with your team if you'd like.
